Description
Golf Club Ještěd was established in 2003 and continues the tradition of JGCC, founded in 1997. GCJ is located in a newly built area with a restaurant and clubhouse in the village of Rozstání near Český Dub. The golf course is set in a picturesque environment at the southern foothills of the Ještěd Ridge. It is technically demanding, with numerous water hazards and tricky terrains, but it is designed to provide joy in the game for all golf players, regardless of their skill level.
The golf club area features a fully irrigated 12-hole course. Visitors have access to a covered driving range, putting green, pitching and chipping green, and a practice bunker. A new addition is the Adventure golf, which is somewhat similar to mini-golf. It represents a miniature version of an 18-hole golf course. Another recent addition is the golf academy, which consists of 6 shorter holes and is mainly intended for beginners.
In addition to the well-maintained course and training areas, the club provides amenities such as restroom facilities with showers and changing rooms for players, a fully equipped rental service for golf equipment, hand carts, and golf carts. Parking and a children's play area are also available.
The golf club also organizes golf tournaments, both corporate and private, provides golf lessons for advanced and beginner players, offers courses for obtaining the "green card," and arranges golf stays for individual clients at discounted rates.
